We all know that most retail stores are lousy, customer service is terrible, and that we go to big box stores because of the price.  My take on this is that Wal-Mart is the worst store, and Target and Costco are pretty good.  Do you remember ever waiting in a long line at Target?  I like the teenagers in red with the walkie-talkies.  Costco has great inventory, and they actually have people to put your items on the belt for you.  This is just one guys opinion.
