Is the Playstation 3 worth the money? PDF Print E-mail

If you have the money it is worth it, if you don’t have the money pay your bills first.  The Playstation 3 is a great Blu-Ray player, upconverting DVD player, and the number of quality video games is now respectable.  I have had my PS3 for about a year, and it has been mistake free, fast loading, great looking, fun to play, and the audio and video quality are incredible.  You do need a high quality TV and sound system to take advantage of the PS3.  Don’t forget to pay your bills first.  The government only bails out rich people not you and me.

Ok, this isn’t a massive calorie burner.  If it was would anybody play it?  However it is a great game (with a nice step included) for building up your core stabilizing muscles, strength, balance, and flexibility.  If you don’t know what those terms mean click either www.shape.com, or www.menshealth.com.  This is also great for kids.  My daughter loves it.  It will actually customize programs for your age, weight, abilities, etc.  Somehow it has a built in scale, balance board, and video game controller.  It’s great, but it costs $89.99.

This is a great game for kids just like the other Lego games out there for Wii, Xbox 360, and the Playstation 3.  It is best for younger children.  I have a five year old and seven year old who play this game together and love it.  It can be a little complicated at times, and if your kids are tired of other Lego platform games then don’t buy it.  However, if you need a game that is “safe”, fun, and clever, this is the game for you (or your kids).
